This has been my worst buy. it’s not compatible with Mac. First I went on buying cords and connectors to make it work. Then the print would just not come so someone said that the machine needs to be serviced, only to realise that the ink we received was dried up. I have been going from one service centre to another. also being in Goa, it makes it even more difficult to get help. I regret buying this product and it is a shame that a brand like HP is offering no returns or replacements or…

After using 1 month —When the paper goes in it is not always smooth no matter how firmly u hold it with both hands or leave it on tray. The roller inside is off poor quality.. also it makes much sound.. listen plz i used it 1 month within 42 pages print i took i am keeping count of printing pages. I allready got the alarm indication of low ink. And ink leds are very costly.. if u have to take 30 prints in a month then u can buy but a i suggest spend at least on higher model above 8000.. under 5000 u will get (kaam chalau )facility . If in one month u only have to take 10 to 15 prints plz go to photostate shop because there u will pay max 50rs and 50rs for ur petrol but if u buy this first printer is of 4000 and then after 60 pages u will need to buy ink karts which are approx 600rs so compare urself… are u ready to pay 100-200rs at photostate in a month of 5000 at home.. those who have alot of printing work daily they should choose printer near about cost for 10000 minimum to ansure fine…
