The trimmer I received looked like a refurbished one, I can see gaps in the sides and can hear click sound when I apply pressure on it, like it was opened before.
Battery backup is pretty good compared to my old Philips 1000 series
Blades are of poor quality compared to my 6 years old Philips trimmer
